New Patient Booking Instructions

  1. Book 50 minute Initial Evaluation
  2. Book 4-5 additional 50 minute Follow Up Appointments, 1x/week following Initial Evaluation. This ensures you get your preferred times for appointments and have consistent care which is important for efficient recovery. We will adjust the number of appointments you need after your evaluation or as your treatment progresses (some need more, some need less).
  3. If you are wanting to get in sooner, put yourself on the waitlist and ensure that text and/or email notifications are on for waitlist openings. Waitlist is filled on a first come, first serve basis.

Clinic Location

My clinic is located at a private residence. Upon booking your initial appointment, you will receive the address and more detailed instructions on arriving. The address is 1 min from the cross streets of Los Gatos Blvd and Los Gatos Almaden Blvd in Los Gatos, CA.

Private Yoga

Individualized session designed by Alex and the client based on what their goal for working with Alex is. Sessions can include yoga, meditation, establishing a morning routine, rituals and finding one's inner guidance. If you are not local, services can be provided over Zoom.


Small Group Yoga

Small group yoga classes based on group needs. Limit 10 people.
